Many scenes in this movie include moments of intense violence followed by a rush of adrenaline. Mission Impossible utilizes Car chases and shoot out scenes to embody the description of Action. They base their story on one central conflict that is politically moved and build up the movie on what actions are taken to deal with this conflict. Ethan Hunt jumps through exploding windows and jumps on top of cars as the movie progress. The audience receives a moment when everything is uncertain and problems seem impossible to solve, and then the protagonist resolves his major conflicts and defeats the problem.

The 23rd installment in the James Bond chronicles uses fast moving cuts and a tricky storyline to fully accomplish the idea of an action movie. Throughout the story the audience gets to experience quick action packed car chases as well as gun related violent scene. The James Bond series are based around one major antagonist or an organization trying to accomplish a damaging goal. This movie is no exception as it fully takes on the Sky-fall organization out to end MI6. The problems that develop through the movie and the scenes that are based on discovering clues are all fully packed with violent scenes and confusing realizations.
